The Hospitality Suite
The Park of the Palms Hospitality Suite can hold up to 50 people, making it an ideal venue for group gatherings and celebrations. We host corporate events, baby showers, wedding showers, sports banquets, birthday parties, meetings, and graduation parties year round. Although there is no outdoor space available, the indoor area is quite spacious and will accommodate your guests comfortably. Our versatile space was recently updated fresh paint and furniture provide a modern and stylish atmosphere for your event.
The Gilbert Lodge is a blank canvas that allows you to setup the space to your liking with your own music and presentation equipment, photo backdrops, and whatever other fixtures you’d like to bring in. We give you the freedom to create the perfect atmosphere for your event. The Hospitality Suite comes fully equipped with tables and chairs, a kitchen, a microwave, a restaurant-style coffee maker, and two refrigerators, making it easy for you to cater to your guests’ needs. Plenty of parking is available on our well-marked campus, so your guests will have no problem finding the venue and a place to park. Additionally, the venue provides bathroom facilities and trash removal.
